Tom Lopez is a serial entrepreneur with both marketing and technology expertise. He founded three software companies, built them up and sold them to major corporations: Microsoft, The Washington Post, and Intercall. For the past decade he has acted as an investor, advisor and board member of a number of high-tech startups in New Mexico.

Don Kirby has over 30 years experience in the financial services industry with executive positions at Chilton Capital Management, Los Alamos National Bank and Smith Barney. Don has been an investor in several New Mexico start- ups but has also had an entrepreneurial role in two companies, one of which was sold to FullPower Technologies.
